Guidebook Tips

Guidebook is the online schedule for the convention. If it is happening at Norwescon it is listed in Guidebook. You can download the app to your iOS or Android device and add the Norwescon 43 event. It is also available online by clicking the Schedule (Guidebook) link in Reception.

Other than sessions on the session list in Airmeet there are meet-ups, movie watch parties, artist receptions, art in action, games to play, etc. You can find out when and where these are in Guidebook.

Navigating Guidebook Location Listings

• [------] Booth and/or Arena: the event will be found in Airmeet in the Arena, search for the matching booth name
• [------] Stage: the event will be found in Airmeet on the Sessions list, enter the convention, click sessions, and click join now at the correct time
• Multiple Locations: the event will be on the Norwescon Twitch Channel and also on the Airmeet Sessions list
• Virtual Cinema/Scener App: download the Scener Plug-in for your Chrome browser and click the link in Guidebook to join at the correct time
