The Secretary or a designee is responsible for:

  • editing, producing, and archiving documentation related to the running of Norwescon. This includes, but is not limited to: meeting agendas, meeting minutes, meeting sign-in sheets, Onions and Roses, the bylaws, the policies and procedures manual, and this wiki.
  • tracking staff enrollment, including voter eligibility, name publication permissions, and staff t-shirt orders, and generating the organizational chart.
  • sorting, archiving, and distribution of physical mail.
  • management of the Google Suite account that handles individual email accounts, departmental email lists, and online storage.
