The Lead Advocate is authorized, on a limited bases, speak on behave of the Executive Team and Convention about the process and its outcomes. Is responsible for maintaining for maintaining a semi-transparent process while protecting the confidentially of the involved parties. Acts as key advisor on the process and presidents to the Executive Team and involved convention leadership. Works closely to ensure that all parties feel respected, listen to and taken seriously throw-out the process.
